Sunday 19th September Veras Academy held a general grading and had over 40 students demonstrating their honed and perfected skills to earn their new belts and KYU grades. Sensei Donna did an amazing job at preparing the students from across all of our dojos, and her hard work was shown this weekend with the students performing at such a high standard. Congratulations to everyone who graded – this is just the beginning! Thank you also to Sensei Marco, Sensei Annie, Sempai Harry and the rest of the Sempais who supported and encouraged the students while they were preparing for their grading exam. Sensei Raphael said “it’s been a long time since I’ve been able to return to Veras Academy HQ due to COVID-19 travel restrictions, but I am so pleased that I got to witness the hard work and passion each of my students and instructors have put into their grading. Veras Academy is always in my heart while I’m in Luxembourg.“
